The 1st International conference for the development of emergency care will be held in the House of Friendship in Pavlodar on August 11,2017 at 10.00. Delegates from all regions of Kazakhstan as well as guests from abroad: France, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Latvia, Tatarstan and Kyrgyzstan are invited to it.
The first International conference of workers of medical aid is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of emergency medical service in Pavlodar region. The modern problems of medical aid will be discussed in the conference.
The emergency medical station of Pavlodar was established in 1937 and located in Lenin st.,57 in a small room. Kruglov, medical assistant, attended an emergency.
Since 2010 MSE to the right of business “Emergency medical station” has headed by Candidate of Medical Sciences Kanadan Akhmetzhanov. “Ambulance cluster” was created in September 2016 which united Pavlodar regional ambulance station with district ambulance stations as well as Aksu and Ekibastuz cities. Today, Pavlodar regional emergency medical station is recognized as one of the best medical emergency institutions in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The medical station is equipped with new ambulance cars, modern and disposable medical equipment and introduces the modern technologies for the provision of medical care. Today, 12 new innovative methods of work have been introduced: remote ECG method, interactive training and telehealth.
These technologies allowed to provide patients with qualified medical care during so-called “golden hour” and as a result: to increase the main indicator – efficiency from 90% to 98%; reduce the travel time to the patient from 15 minutes to 12 minutes (with diseases of the circulatory system up to 9 minutes); train 509 medical workers in the educational center and 270 paramedics (drivers of ambulance cars); increase the number of successful resuscitations by 57%, improve the quality of diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases by paramedic groups and quality of emergency medical care, provided to rural population.
In November 2016 the department of sanitary aviation has been joined the Pavlodar regional emergency medical station. In June 2017 in Ekibastuz area there was a unique life-saving case when a helicopter of sanitary aviation landed next to the house of the seriously ill patient.
The strategy and tactics will be worked out for further development of first aid in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
