Information of the order of appeal against the result of rendering the state service

  1. Complaints from service recipients on the provision of public services are subject to review in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan with regard to the peculiarities established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On public services” April 15, 2013 №. 88-V.
  2. The complaint of the service recipient, received by the central state agency, a local executive body of oblast, a city of Republican significance, the capital, a district, a city of oblast subordinance, akim of a city district, a city of district subordinance, a rural settlement,a village, a rural district, the service provider, a public service center, is a subject to review within five working days from the date of its registration.

The complaint of the service recipient, received by the authorized body for assessing and monitoring the quality of state services (Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the State Service Affairs), is a subject to review within fifteen working days from the date of its registration.

  1. The term of consideration of the complaint by the authorized body for assessing and monitoring the quality of state services, a central state body, a local executive body of oblast, a city of republican significance, the capital, a district, city of oblast subordinance, akim of a city district, a city of district subordinance, a rural settlement, a village, a rural district shall be extended for not more than ten working days in the following circumstances:
  • to conduct additional investigation or verification on the complaint or check on the spot;
  • to get more information.
