XIV forum of interregional cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia started in Chelyabinsk. It is expected that the presidents of two countries Nursultan Nazarbayev and Vladimir Putin will take part in it.
The main events of the forum began on November 9 in the new plant “Russian Electric Motors”. The exhibition “Development of the human capital assets” was opened there, the participants of which were representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, “Nazarbayev University”, “Nazarbayev Intellectual School” JSC and other educational institutions of Kazakhstan.
“We have showed some presentations. The first – breakthrough project in the field of secondary education – 20 intellectual schools, created at the initiative of the Head of the State. The second project is development of the advanced teaching aids for comprehensive schools of Kazakhstan. At our exhibition you can learn about digitalization of the education system of the republic and project of the development of an education hub in the Central Asia in the field of higher education”, the organizers of the exhibition said.
Representatives of the Pavlodar education system also spoke at one of the panel sessions of the forum. The rector of Pavlodar State University Gaukhar Akhmetova told about introduction of entrepreneurship education in the university and its results.
“We have already taught about 2000 students and 5-7% of our students and graduate students want to try hand in business. At the moment, 7 investment rounds have been already organized. There students sold 48 projects to the sum of RUB 21 mln, 58 workplaces were created and taxes were paid to the sum of RUB 2 mln. We invite Russian universities and business community to take part in the creation of international start-up projects in the following directions – service, agriculture, technical entrepreneurship”, she noted.
Pavlodar people also participated in the presentation of the tourism industry of Kazakhstan, where they showed six projects – “Revival of the Great Silk Road”, “Caspian gate”, “Almaty – the free cultural zone of Kazakhstan”, “Pearl of the Altai”, “Astana – the heart of Eurasia”, “Unity of nature and nomadic culture”.
“Development of tourism in Pavlodar region is included in the cluster “Unity of nature and nomadic culture”, which provides for the development of brief rest, cultural and beach tourism. In addition, we will present materials concerning Bayanaul recreation zone, pine forest “Ertis ormany”, tourism to our sacred places and medical tourism to our salt lakes. A lot of guests came to us in the exhibition. They heard about Pavlodar and would like to visit our region. Many people know about our Bayanaul and even about construction of a ski center”, the head of the Department of Tourism Development of Pavlodar region Saltanat Nurmagambetova said.
In the afternoon it is expected that some bilateral agreements will be signed by Nursultan Nazarbayev and Vladimir Putin.
