A residential building and a student dormitory were presented in Pavlodar

On the eve of the First President’s Day, 72 Pavlodar families celebrated a housewarming party, and 200 students moved to a comfortable hostel.

The new house was handed over in the Saryarka microdistrict. The high-rise building, whose area is almost 5 thousand square meters, was built in nine months. The project cost is 657 million tenge. Apartments in the new building are provided under the housing program “7-20-25”. Among the new settlers was also the primary school teacher of Pavlodar school No. 34, Anna Nazarenko.

“When they called me and said that my application for the 7-20-25 program had passed, my happiness knew no bounds,” she says. – I took leave from work for the key delivery ceremony and am very worried now. This is the best news lately, because before that I was constantly renting an apartment, and now I will live in my house.

The keys to the new apartments were handed over by the akim of Pavlodar region. The Sekerbayev family of new settlers invited Bulat Bakauov to perform a ceremony to cut the bonds of his daughter Amine. The head of the region took part in the Tusau-kesu with pleasure.

“I am looking at you now, and I am probably more than happy about what is happening,” the head of the region addressed all new settlers. – Cranes are standing around us, there is a large construction site. We have two years left to fully equip the new Saryarka microdistrict. I think each of you is pleased to receive an apartment on the eve of the holiday. Happy housewarming!

On the eve of the First President’s Day, a new hostel was opened in Pavlodar, which will house students of the College of Higher Electronics and Communications. The comfortable complex is designed for 200 seats. All double rooms are furnished. On the ground floor there is a lounge and a buffet with 32 seats. In the basement there is a gym and a choreography room. There is a laundry room and a medical center.

“I arrived in Pavlodar from Almaty, I entered the railway,” says Aydin Zhumabek, a first-year student. – Before that, we lived in an old hostel. Just yesterday, we moved to a new one. The rooms here are very spacious, there are showers, a good dining room. Students like it.

The hostel was built as part of the implementation of five social initiatives proposed by Nursultan Nazarbayev. The project cost amounted to 660 million tenge.
