City and district akims will be personally responsible for the cost of solid fuel for the population. The head of the region said this during an extended meeting of the akimat of Pavlodar region.
During the meeting, they discussed how the heating season is going on in Pavlodar region. According to Murat Abulkalykov, Head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Public Utilities, the region has a standard fuel reserve of 1.4 million tons of coal and 18.3 thousand tons of fuel oil.
“At two energy enterprises, there is a debt for the supply of solid fuel to coal mining organizations,” the head of the department said. – This is Pavlodarenergo JSC with 336.0 million tenge and Ekibastuzteploenergo LLP – 47.5 million tenge.
According to representatives of power plants, in the near future all debts to the open pits will be closed. Akim of Pavlodar region, among other things, demanded to intensify work on the import of coal to places of consumption. Today, with a total demand of 136.1 thousand tons, 90.2% of the volume has been delivered to destinations. Weak rates of delivery of solid fuel are noted in the Aktogai and May regions, as well as in the Akkuly district.
“Today we need to work with the population, because we need to try to buy coal for the whole winter now so as not to buy 2-3 tons in January, for example, when we have bad weather,” said Bulat Bakauov to akims of cities and regions. – Akims of cities and regions have personal pages on social networks. Publish information about this and, if necessary, intervene in the process!
Today, the cost of a ton of coal in the region averages from 7 to 12 thousand tenge.
