Bulat Bakauov is expected to sign memoranda of cooperation with the heads of the Russian regions.
The 16th Kazakh-Russian cross-border cooperation forum started on November 6 in Omsk. Today, November 7, the honorary guests of the forum will be the presidents of Kazakhstan and Russia, Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev and Vladimir Putin. They will open a plenary session on the topic “Actual issues of the development of cross-border cooperation.” One of the speakers at the meeting will be the akim of the Pavlodar region Bulat Bakauov.
The forum will host a ceremony of signing interregional agreements. It is planned that Bulat Bakauov will sign memoranda of cooperation with his colleagues from Russian regions.
