Akim of the region Abylkair Skakov visited the Unified Contact Center, which accepts people’s complaints and proposals on the issues of improvement and housing and utilities sector of Pavlodar. As the head of the region was told, more than 300 calls have been registered here for the last two days. One third of the work has been already completed.
“We plan to consider the most of the remaining calls tonight. For example, people, living in the multi-storey building on Vorushin street, made some telephone calls and asked to pump off the melt water. We handed over the application to the municipal service “Kommunservice”. Today it has been already done. In general, there is a lot of work in the inner suburbs”, the head of the Unified Contact Center 109 Abzal Kabdrash said.
One month ago, in the reporting meeting with the population Abylkair Skakov charged to open the center, which would consider the problems of improvement and housing and utilities sector. The Unified Contact Center 109 started working officially yesterday, before that the center worked in a pilot mode.
The operators 109 work around the clock and consider each call individually. They directly contact the competent services and monitor all execution stages. Pavlodar residents can use Telegram-bot @pavlodar_109_user_bot.
“It is very important that people can evaluate the work of the public utilities. A significant part of all calls is related to housing and public utility sector. Our task is to build the interaction of all services and give clear answers to the urgent questions of the population. In addition, the Unified Contact Center is a very good tool to analyze the most problematic issues in the city and check the readiness of the services and CFOs for the heating season”, akim of the region Abylkair Skakov noted.
Such analysis is made in the Unified Contact Center 109. Its specialists form objective analytical information on the issues of improvement and housing and public utility sector.
Within two or three months 109 will work in Ekibastuz and Aksu and after that in all areas of the region.
