The new oncologic dispensary in Pavlodar is planned to be delivered ahead of schedule

Construction of the center for 227 beds and polyclinic for 100 visits per shift is completed by 70 %.Seven billion tenge was allocated for the construction of the Oncology center.

– Today, these funds have been used to build an operating resuscitation, radiological and pathological buildings, a hospital for 227 beds, a polyclinic for 100 visits per shift, a checkpoint, a medical waste disposal point, a garage for five cars and a boiler room for three boilers, – said the head of the capital construction Department of the regional construction Department Abylay Mushkenov. – Currently the contractor performs the finishing work and started the landscaping. The contractor plans to hand over the object before the deadline set by the contract.

As experts say, from the implementation of this project, the quality of medical services will be improved, which will lead to a decrease in mortality, one-year mortality, increase in early diagnosis, coverage of specialized care for cancer patients in the Pavlodar region.

– 2.8 billion tenge was allocated from the budget for the purchase of medical equipment, – the construction Department noted. – Medical offices of the polyclinic departments are equipped with modern diagnostic devices of radiation, ultrasound and magnetic resonance content, as well as endoscopic and analytical study of biological materials for rapid diagnosis.

It should be noted that the clinical and diagnostic laboratories will be located on the first floor of the hospital, on the second floor of the operating and resuscitation building there will be an operating Department of five specialized operating rooms, three anesthetic, four preoperative and two hardware-monitor, providing support for surgical operations on patients. The third floor will house the intensive care unit.
